Community Nursing
Our highly trained nurses and carers are here to support participants who have complex needs that are best met by someone who has medical training and experience. This service is considered when specific individual support needs include:

- Our community nursing care programme allows you to feel comfortable living in your own space and having care staff that you can trust.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills
Development of Daily Living and Life Skills is a service that encourages personal development, enhances independence, and increases opportunities to participate in the community. Individuals can work on learning to use public transport, developing skills for community, and normal day-to-day living activities.

Supported Independent Living (STA, MTA, SIL & SDA)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help and/or supervision of daily tasks to help participants live as independently as possible, while building their skills and independence. Destiny Solutions provides access to safe, secure, and affordable housing to clients of all ages.
Built around our customer’s needs, we provide a range of accommodation options to enable you to live more independently. Our support programs give greater choice and control over who you choose to live with and how the supports in your home are structured.
These programs are individualized and offer a range of services to promote quality of life and independence such as: Short-Term Accommodation (STA), SIL & SDA. Our services give you the chance to meet new people and try new activities. For example, watching a movie, going out for a meal, going to the beach, checking out a local attraction, or playing your favorite sport.

Group & Centre-Based Activities
At Destiny Solutions we want you to lead a happy and independent life in the company of your friends or loved ones. We have a variety of organised group activities and activities with the best facilitators. Enjoy a wide range of social experiences and activities including sport, arts and craft, music, trivia, discos, and day trips. We can also help develop your skills with classes in cooking, job skills and money handling.
Group activities provide opportunities for participants to engage in socialisation and provides long-day respite services for carers. Some of our activities include horse riding, music classes, cooking classes, dancing, quizzes and games, arts and craft as well as gardening.
Assisted Travel / Transport
Destiny Solutions Care services provides travel and transport services to people with disability. Assistance with travel and transport include supports that enable participants to build capacity to independently travel, including through personal transport-related aids and equipment, or training to use public transport.
Our experienced drivers will drive you to your appointment or another place in the community and take you back home. We provide you with safe transport, scheduled in advance for your convenience.

The Destiny Solutions Team is here to help you with your daily personal activities including:
- Personal hygiene, showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming.
- Toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care
- Attending appointments
- Use of aids & appliances, hearing & communication devices
- Mobility & transferring e.g., moving in & out of bed and on or off the toilet.
Personal care is a basic human right & our experienced staff will endeavour to protect your dignity or that of your loved one. Our personal care supports are flexible and customised to suit your own needs, goals, and outcomes.
